Two banquet room options to make your group get together a success:

The Brewery

Entertain your guests next to the tanks that store our beer! Located in the lower level of the brewery, this private room is equipped with a tap system capable of pouring 3 types of our signature craft beers. Dim the lights and let festive ceiling lights set the mood of a traditional beer hall.

The Brewery Room accommodates up to 40 guests and is perfect for all types of gatherings. Various table arrangements available to meet your needs.

This room is only available Friday and Saturday nights. There is a minimum $1000 tab – not including 6% sales tax or a 20% gratuity. A $250 deposit is required to hold the room.

The Walnut

Enjoy the rustic charm of the brewery with this spacious and private dining room. Our classic copper tables can be arranged in a multitude of configurations to comfortably seat your group. This room accommodates 40-48 guests and is perfect for Wedding Rehearsals, Graduations, Business Dinners, Baby/Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties and more.

The room is available at a discounted rate during the week – Sunday to Thursday all day, and Fridays and Saturdays until 3:30pm. There is a low minimum per person plus 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity is added to all parties. A $250 deposit is required to hold the room.

We will work with you in creating a lunch or dinner menu that’s a perfect for your event. Ask for specific details and sample menus that meet your budget and dining preferences.

Desserts make the celebration special! We can provide an array of assorted desserts as part of your menu or you can bring your own desserts. There may be a cutting fee for outside desserts.

Bar Options:

There are several bar options available. Bar pricing at Lancaster Brewing Company is based on consumption.

CASH BAR Guests pay for their own drinks. A 20% gratuity will be applied.

LIMITED OPEN BAR Some but not all bar items are paid by the host. A 20% gratuity will be applied.

OPEN BAR All bar items will be paid for by the host with no limitations or restrictions. A 20% gratuity will be applied.

The Brewery Room has its own 3 keg tap system with LBC in season beer available in Sixthel kegs. Inquire about pricing. “The Walnut” Room does not have its own dedicated tap system.

Lancaster Brewing Company must provide all beverages for your party. No outside beer, liquor or wine is permitted. We can create special beer samplings as part of your package as well.

Decorating Options:

Candles are places on the tables for each event. If you wish to decorate, please make arrangements to determine when the room will be available. Custom menus will be provided for your event.

If you do not wish to decorate, we can provide simple yet tasteful touches to the room to enhance the setting at no additional cost. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.


Parking at the brewery is available in several places. The brewery parking lot, parking along walnut and plus, the Weinstein Parking lot on Walnut Street across from the brewery. Our website has a directions page for guests not familiar with our location. View the map.

Billing, Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

A non refundable $250 deposit is required 3 weeks before your specific date. This deposit will be applied to your check upon completion of your party. The $250 advance deposit will not be refunded if your party is cancelled within 3 weeks of the specific party date.

Payment for food and beverages is due the day of your reservation upon completion of your party. Payment may be provided by cash or credit card. Menu choice, total guest count, and a credit card number (to be kept on file) is required no later than 2 weeks before your event.

The company or individual contracting for the event will be financially responsible for any damages to the facility and the conduct of the guests.

Additional Information:

You may occupy the rooms until 11pm.
